全反射荧光成像系统TRIF

   

 

通过背照明的方法,可达90%以上的量子效率;同时采用最新的 On-chip Multiplication Gain 技术,结合高真空下负 50 度的致冷技术,达到高增益下极低的读出噪音(1e-),足以检测到微弱单分子荧光;
同时具备每秒 30 帧的高速传输速度,可以获得单分子快速变化的动态图像;
软件杰出的图像拍摄控制和动态光密度分析功能,使单分子荧光的变化过程得以量化。

The TIRF technique is a special kind of wide-field fluorescence microscopy for measuring cells or SMC in an evanescent field without haze. By total reflection of the exciting light (typical Laser) at the coverslip/medium-interface the fluorescence excitation is limited to a very thin space in vicinity of the glass surface. The resulting fluorescence images exhibit extremely high contrast and resolution with the possibility of realtime Imaging of cell membrane or labeled single molecules SMC

The VisiTIRF Fluorescence Imaging System from Visitron Systems is the ideal solution of this fluorescence technique for the analysis of finest structures. The flexibility of the VisiTIRF system and the use of scientific digital CCD camera systems with optimal resolution, speed and sensitivity allows the adaptation  of  customized application and configuration.
As fluorescence illumination we use different single or multiline Laser systems. The coupling of the Laser to the microscope is achieved  by a flexible optical fiber. Our special Visitron Systems TIRF condenser allows an easy adjustment of the laser beam to the correct illumination angle in the high aperture TIRF objective. A second optical fiber input allows the combination of TIRF and epi-fluorescence without moving any parts of the condensor. As epi- fluorescence illumination we have the choice to use the standard HBO lamp or the VisiChrome Polychromator system.
